Chef Pascal Silman seeks to help patrons rediscover the true taste of seasonal and local produce, working with local producers for a most delightful taste experience. The challenge – to treat your taste buds without making you gain a pound, as gourmet is no longer synonymous with high calories but with cooking, fresh produce and perfect seasonings.
In the heart of the restaurant, guests have a full view of the kitchen team, working hard to create original dishes and unexpected creations – in other words, happiness in a plate! A culinary calendar offers diversified gourmet pleasures for days and months. And for a very reasonable price, there’s the SenSais Lunch: 25 euros (appetizer + main course + pastry), 28 euros (appetizer + main course + one drink), 34 euros (appetizer + main course + gourmet coffee). Starting November 20, come enjoy “a Sunday unlike any other at Le SenSais”, a friendly cooking experience around the roasting pit and wood oven.
The SenSais also has a wide selection of wines and spirits from small producers. Prefer cocktails? Alexandro Porcu will take care of you at the Bar-Lounge – an experience that’s sure to amaze!
